Terms of Service

Klyzoo is a marketplace that helps travelers discover and book group trips run by independent, Klyzoo-verified operators. Klyzoo facilitates discovery, booking, and payment, but the trip itself is delivered by the operator listed on each trip. Your contract for the travel experience is with that operator.

• You must be at least 18 years old to book a trip.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your login secure.
• You agree to provide accurate traveler details at checkout. Incorrect details may affect your booking or eligibility to travel.

A booking is confirmed only once payment is successfully received. Prices are shown per person and may vary by departure date and sharing option. Payments are processed by our payment partner; Klyzoo does not store your full card details.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.

Operators are responsible for the itinerary, safety, inclusions, and conduct of each trip. While Klyzoo vets operators before they list, Klyzoo is not the provider of the travel service and is not liable for acts or omissions of operators, except as required by law.

• Do not misuse the platform, attempt to disrupt it, or defraud other users.
• Reviews must reflect genuine experiences and follow our review guidelines.
• Content you submit must not infringe others' rights or be unlawful.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klyzoo's aggregate liability arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid to Klyzoo for the relevant booking. Klyzoo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of the jurisdiction in which Klyzoo is registered.
