  • Account details — name, email, phone number, and (optionally) a profile photo.
  • Booking details — traveler information you provide at checkout and your booking history.
  • Payment information — processed by our payment partner; we receive confirmation and a payment reference, not your full card details.
  • Usage data — basic device and interaction data to keep the service secure and improve it.

2. How we use your information

  • To create your account and process and manage your bookings.
  • To share necessary traveler details with the operator running your trip.
  • To send booking confirmations, receipts, and service updates by email or SMS.
  • To provide support and to keep the platform safe and functional.

3. Who we share it with

We share information only as needed to deliver the service: with the trip operator for your booking, with our payment processor to take payment, and with email/SMS providers to send notifications. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as required to meet legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations.

5. Your rights

You can access and update most details from your profile. You may request a copy of your data or request deletion of your account by contacting us; some records may be retained where required by law.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections, to protect your information. No method of transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
