Cancellation Policy

You can cancel a confirmed booking from your bookings page. The refundable amount depends on how far in advance you cancel. Individual operators may set stricter terms, which are shown on the trip before you book.

1. Standard cancellation slabs

Unless a trip states otherwise, the following applies to traveler- initiated cancellations, calculated from the trip's start date:

  • 30 or more days before: 90% refund (or full Klyzoo credit).
  • 15–29 days before: 50% refund.
  • 7–14 days before: 25% refund.
  • Less than 7 days before: no refund.

2. Operator-specific terms

Some trips (for example, those involving non-refundable permits or fixed-cost logistics) carry stricter cancellation terms. Where this is the case, the trip's terms take precedence and are shown on the trip page and at checkout.

3. Cancellation by the operator or Klyzoo

If a departure is cancelled or materially changed by the operator or by Klyzoo, you are entitled to a full refund or full Klyzoo travel credit, regardless of the slabs above.

4. Force majeure

For events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), we will work with the operator to offer a reschedule or credit; refunds in such cases depend on costs already incurred.

5. How to cancel
