Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds are calculated and issued. The amount you receive depends on when you cancel — see the Cancellation Policy for the timing slabs.
1. How refunds are calculated
The refundable amount is determined by our Cancellation Policy, which sets the refund percentage based on how many days before departure you cancel. Some fees may be non-refundable (see below).
2. Refund method
Eligible refunds are returned to your original payment method via our payment partner, or — where you choose, or where a trip is rescheduled — issued as Klyzoo travel credit that you can apply to a future booking.
3. Timelines
- Refunds to the original payment method are typically initiated within 2 business days of approval and may take 5–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
- Klyzoo travel credit is added to your account immediately on approval.
4. Non-refundable amounts
Payment-gateway charges and any clearly-marked non-refundable components (for example, certain permits or third-party booking fees) may be deducted from the refund where applicable.
5. Cancellations by the operator or Klyzoo
If a trip is cancelled by the operator or by Klyzoo, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid, or full Klyzoo travel credit if you prefer.
